About Kirsten
KQ Collective is a one-person operation by design. Not because it's convenient, but because that's how genuine support works.
My story
I've spent years in the disability support sector. Not in an office, but actually on the ground — working with people, learning what helps and what doesn't.
What I kept seeing was the same problem: people getting shuffled between workers, plans being managed from a distance, and genuine human connection being treated as a nice-to-have rather than the foundation of everything.
"People don't just want support. They want to feel like they matter. That's what KQ Collective is built around."
KQ Collective exists because I believe better is possible. Smaller caseloads. Longer relationships. Support that's built around a person's actual life, not a service model.
When I work with someone, I'm not filling a shift. I'm investing in them — their goals, their confidence, their independence. That requires showing up consistently, listening properly, and adapting as things change.
I'm intentionally small so I can stay genuinely good at what I do. The person you meet at the start is the person who shows up every time. That's the promise, and it's one I take seriously.
